Smashburger

We came in shortly after they opened in the morning. The customer service was ok. Not quite friendly and not rude either. We did end up paying for more food than we requested because it was mistakenly tacked on. We were in a hurry so just kept it.The gross part was the women’s restroom, it was filthy. Both toilets clogged, paper towels over flowing the garbage and no soap.Smash burger is good, but this location just doesn’t live up to the standards in service and cleanliness we’ve experienced in the other local locations. We won’t come here again.

Great fast food restaurant! I always get the classic grilled chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo on the side. So yummy! And relatively healthy🙂

Burger patty was plain, no flavor. Hardly tasted the bacon. Burger's gotten smaller since last ate there. Smash fries didn't have the flavor like they used to. Fries were nice and crispy tho.

The women working up front were impatient, and rude with absolutely no sense of urgency to help. Customer service was ridiculous. Asked for a classic smash with no onions- got onions and an ridiculous amount of ketchup, and MUSTARD, which the classic smash doesn't even come with. Sad.

I always order online for delivery. I've never once receive my drink on the first delivery I've always had to go pick it up or get a free one next time. I order from here at least twice a month. Sometimes weekly. Today my soda was forgotten again I honestly don't know why I even ordered it. JUst to hope it'll show up. When I call to let them know they said there was nothing they could do and both managers were too busy to even come to the phone to talk to me. I will never go back here. I stopped going to the one in Citrus Heights because it smelled bad and the manager there was rude. They used to make mistakes all the time too. I won't go to any location ever again but I don't recommend anybody else go either. No matter how good the food has a chance of being.

Always good food whether it's take out, dine in, or Doordash. Quick and friendly service everytime I've gone.

Burger was good, service was even better. Ordered the Triple Double w/ grilled onions instead of regular, jalapenos & with smash fries.

Amazing burger and exceptional service!!

This Smash Burger was a lovely experience. The burgers are juicy and delicious, can be customized and come with a single or double Patty. The service is pleasant and and helpful, and the wait times have never been disappointing to me. The fries aren't the greatest, but they certainly aren't bad. I personally prefer their tater tots over their fries, but that's just me. I would describe this place as a hybrid between a sit down restaurant and a fast food joint. You go in, order, seat yourself and then your food is brought to you. You also aren't expected to clean up after yourself, as there are no trash cans for you to dispose your waste in. The only downside I have to say is the meals are a bit on the expensive side. Overall I say, if you're looking for some good burgers and don't mind the little extra cost, Smash Burger is a great choice.

Great food, reasonably priced, and excellent service.

Burgers are actually a small size, which is way better than all the waste from typical joints! Got the avocado bacon burger, which was good. Ordered the brussel sprouts - flavor was great, but needed a good pat down to rid them of the oil.

The food is decent in the service is quick. their customer service is actually a little over the top and it's not that laid-back of an atmosphere.

The food is always great! Love the Buffalo and blue cheese burger! I wish they didn't take away the Franks seasoned fries!

Definitely a great place if you are craving real burgers. Nice and quiet place with some good music in the background. Coming back again with kids. Me and wifey already enjoyed ours.

We eat here often. Always fantastic, dining in and taking out. Try the grilled chicken sandwich. Very juicy and flavorful. Bring on the extra napkins!

Great keep going back

I think it was a little bit expensive. $40 for five of us. But the hamburgers were fantastic, and the Rosemary/ garlic fries were amazing. It was the first time I've ever been, but I will return again. Good experience, nice employees.

The tots were great and the burger was solid too. Had the southwest themed one.
